When will my order get to me?
We aim to dispatch an order from our warehouse within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was received.
I haven’t received a confirmation email after placing my order?
We suggest allowing up to 24 hours and to check your junk or spam email folders as sometimes they may end up in here. If you still do not receive or find the confirmation email, please email our customer service team on email@example.com with your name and order and they will investigate for you.
Can I track my order?
Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your orders tracking link so you can see the whereabouts and status of your parcel.
I have placed my order but I would like to change something, can I?
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any orders due to the quick processing time of our fulfilment team, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card and we offer Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Will I need to pay import/custom charges if I am outside of the UK?
Yes, On all orders outside of the UK custom charges will apply and are the full responsibility of the recipient.
What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?
You will need to provide your email, phone number, shipping address and card details. All communications will be sent to your email address, including details of how to cancel and any updates of your pre-order.
Can I change my email or shipping address?
You can email us at email@example.com to change your address but this must be on the day of order, otherwise shipping will already be in process.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout, for more information on all return and refund policy please see our Return & Refund page.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All items and shipping fees are charged in GBP at this time. For international currencies, please note your bank and payment method may apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose, and additional processing fees.
